1. To qualify for any Bonus or Commission, Members must have activated their Business Center by purchasing 100 PV or more on a single order, and have a monthly minimum purchase of  50 PV.  EDC highly recommends our convenient Autoship program.
   
   
2. Checks will be issued when a Member’s rebates, commissions and/or bonuses accumulate to $30 or more.

RETAIL PROFITS

Sell products at retail and earn the difference between the wholesale and retail pricing.

MONTHLY REBATES

• All Active Members receive a 5% rebate on the PV of their personal purchases. 
• Founder Members receive an additional 10% rebate on the PV of their personal purchases.

 I.E. Order 500 PV worth of products in a calendar month, and you earn a Monthly Rebate of $25.00.

WEEKLY TEAM COMMISSIONS

Keep it Simple

To maximize all the Rewards and earn a profit in EDC you simply need to build two Teams.

1. Become an Active Member
2. Start two (2) Member Teams (a Left Team and a Right Team) by personally enrolling two (2) Active Members, one Member (1) on the Left and one Member (1) on the right
3. Help your two new Members do Steps 1 and 2.

Earn up to $1,250 CDN per week per Business Center

When a Qualified Member* has a Business Center that has earned $1,250 CDN per week in Team Commissions for 3 consecutive weeks, EDC will give that Member a second Business Center which will be placed above them. This second Business Center allows the Member the opportunity to earn twice the income for 50% of the effort!

There is no limit to the number of Business Centers you can earn and there is no auto ship requirement for subsequent Business Centers.

As your teams grow, you earn weekly team commissions, weekly fast start bonuses. Plus you can become eligible to earn 20% matching bonuses and profit sharing.

* A Member that has personally enrolled a minimum of 2 Active (100 PV) Members.

FAST START BONUS

When an Active Member personally enrolls an Executive Member they will receive a Fast Start Bonus of  $100 CDN and the enrolling Member's sponsor will receive $25 CDN.

MATCHING BONUS

Executive and Founder Members will receive a 20% Matching Bonus based on the weekly Team Commission earnings of any new Member they personally enroll.

I.E. If a Member that you have personally enrolled earns a weekly Team Commission check of $1250 CDN, you will earn a Matching Bonus of $250 CDN for that week.

NOTE: Executive and Founder Members are eligible to earn Matching Bonus from the day they receive their Executive or Founder status.

EXECUTIVE REVENUE SHARING POOL

The first 300 Executive Members in EDC will participate equally in a share of 6% of the total company PV on sales for one year. The year starts the first day of the month following the enrollment of the 300th Executive and the 100th Founder (see below).

I.E. If total PV sales in that year equal 5 Million PV, than each Executive will receive $1000 CDN.

FOUNDER REVENUE SHARING POOL

Founder Members in EDC will participate equally in five consecutive years of profit sharing based on annual PV sales.

The first year will start the first of the month following the 100th and final EDC Member's achievement of Founder Member status.

Profit Sharing Schedule

Year 1 :  6%
Year 2 :  8%
Year 3 :  10%
Year 4 :  6%
Year 5 :  6%

CROWN EXECUTIVE POOL

When a Member has three Business Centers that have each generated $1250 CDN in weekly Team Commissions for three consecutive weeks they have earned Crown Executive Status and are eligible to participate in the monthly Crown Executive Pool.

$25 from every Executive enrollment throughout the company will be placed in a monthly pool which will be shared equally by all eligible Crown Executives. To be eligible for any given month's Crown Pool, the Crown Executive must maintain $1250 CDN in weekly Team Commissions in each of their three Business Centers.

The Crown Executive Pool is paid on the 15th day of the following month.

CAR BONUS

When your first Business Center earns the maximum Team Commission payout of $1250 CDN for 12 consecutive weeks, EDC will help pay for the car of your choice. You make the lease or purchase arrangements and EDC will pay you a Car Bonus equal to 10% of your Team Commission earnings up to $500 a month.

To remain eligible to receive the monthly EDC Car Bonus, you must maintain Active Status by purchasing 50 PV in products each calendar month and you must continue to earn maximum Team Commissions of $1250 CDN a week on your primary Business Center.
